I started working out before to join the Forces, I lost many pounds 3 and 2 years ago because of the army, but I don't regret the experiences, now I got back on track and until I go in Afghanistan I'll do my best to get the shape I want.
You should find a reason to work out, if you don't, don't try to push it, some love to smoke and ruin their health and mine, but me I love to work out and it's also an addiction.
So just find a good reason, an objective to reach and stick to it until you die, there's no "I'm too tired" nights, you make a program and follow it.
